Breathwork and Somatic Practices Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

Certain offerings may include breathwork, somatic practices, embodiment exercises, nervous system regulation practices, or other experiential modalities (“Breathwork Practices”).

You understand and acknowledge that Breathwork Practices may involve physical, emotional, and psychological exertion and may result in intense sensations or responses, including but not limited to dizziness, tingling, emotional release, anxiety, lightheadedness, changes in breathing patterns, physical discomfort, or other physical or emotional effects.

Breathwork Practices are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, medical care, or mental health treatment, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health or medical condition.

Participation in Breathwork Practices is entirely voluntary. You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and agree to consult a qualified healthcare provider if you have any questions or concerns regarding your physical or mental health.

Breathwork Practices may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions, including but not limited to cardiovascular conditions, respiratory disorders, seizures, pregnancy, glaucoma or retinal issues, severe anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, psychosis, PTSD, or other conditions that may be aggravated by intense breathing or somatic practices. You represent and warrant that you are medically, physically, and psychologically able to participate.

Breathwork Practices are not appropriate for crisis situations. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, you agree to seek immediate professional assistance.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Breathwork Practices, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Soul Edit Co, LLC, its owners, contractors, facilitators, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through this Website or within any offering — including but not limited to text, videos, audio recordings, workbooks, worksheets, frameworks, templates, branding, graphics, program names, and course materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Soul Edit Co, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If a payment plan is selected, you are responsible for completing all payments in full. Failure to complete payment does not release you from your financial obligation.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access to all offerings and may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
