REFUNDS AND MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, SUBSCRIPTIONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND OTHER PRODUCT SPECIFIC INFORMATION
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the courses and programs. We offer different refund periods for different purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and that the course still did not work for you. Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than once.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. If, after attending the first two live calls, you must contact a Team Member within 24 hours of the second live call. To be eligible for a refund you must have attended the two calls and you must request your refund from a Team Member within 24 hours following the second live call. Only under these circumstances, and only within 24 hours following the second live call will refunds be authorized. If a refund is authorized you will be removed from the membership and members’ area immediately and we will then issue a refund.
